Have you ever encountered someone who is always going around telling others negative things about you?

That’s someone trying to villainise you and that’s abuse!

Be very cautious about them. Better still, avoid them like the plague to prevent you from giving them more info about you that they could use in their abusive game.

Nobody is perfect
Of course, nobody is perfect as we all have our faults. And there is nothing villainous about having faults or someone in your life seeking a healthy outlet to talk out the issues they may be having with being in your life.

The problem is when it becomes too much and all they do is go around telling everyone and the wrong people for that matter what a bad person you are!

Nobody has the right to do that to anyone.

Effects

Having others constantly say bad things about you and having others constantly hear negative things about you is bad for you.

Firstly, it gives them a negative idea of who you are, sometimes even before they meet you. This could make the experience of your meeting and interaction with them negative. It could also potentially ruin any relationship or dealings you would have with them as they already…
