I know wars are bad

Brutal

Civilians dead

Homes destroyed

That is what war brings

Fire and blood

Wails and screams

Fear

Wars

That is what they bring

Hunger and displacement

Trauma and grief

Misery and pain

Suffering

Wars

That is what they bring

Death and destruction

But what are they?

The civilians

Hurt and dead

Collateral damage?
